The Broletariat [Episode 4] Impeaching Trump

The Broletariat Podcast is a completely unscripted and unedited (and possibly incoherent) podcast consisting of Joseph Kaminski, Elijah Hintz, and Omar Wajeeh. We are not communists; the logo is supposed to be clever and ironic – which it is! In reality, Joe and Elijah are progressive Democrats and Omar is more of a leftist centrist…hated by

Hillary's Health

Hillary’s Health (and Other Presidents…)

Let me explain Hillary’s Health in a historical sense. The concept of attacking a presidential candidate over their physical (or in Trump’s case, mental) health isn’t something new. However, if you take a look at American history, it hasn’t been quite uncommon for presidents and vice presidents to make their way to the White House with incredible ailments you wouldn’t believe of.

Blue Lives Matter

Moment of Silence for Officers, NOT Victims of Mass Shootings

The GOP Convention is starting the way anyone could assume it would have, with chairman Reince Priebus asking for a “brief moment of silence” for specifically the “officers slain” in previous days – specifically citing Baton Rouge and Dallas. The convention basically starts with a leading Republican figure shouting out #BlueLivesMatter! How the hell are independents and Democrats supposed to hear this? It truly shows that the Republican Party is backing away from their previous stance of “All Lives Matter”, which is completely and utterly flawed in argument concepts to begin with, to enforce authoritative ideologies.

Colbert Flickerman

Stephen Colbert Hijacks RNC Stage

While interns and technicians were making preparations for this week’s Republican National Convention last night, Stephen Colbert hijacked the stage to poke fun at conservative chaos. The comedian turned Late Show host walked onto stage dressed as Caesar Flickerman, the eccentrically dressed host from “The Hunger Games” franchise on Sunday night. Colbert grabbed the microphone and announced that Donald Trump had “formed an alliance with Indiana Governor Mike Pence” before pretending to fall asleep. “Sorry,” he wakes up, “I blacked out there for a moment.”

Trump’s Social Media Disasters

Back when #DeleteYourAccount gained media attention despite being an internet meme for years because of Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump erupted into a little temper tantrum. The best part about that whole kerfuffle was that Hillary Clinton probably didn’t even know about it until the news started reporting on it, but it consumed Trump’s every waking moment for the next sixteen speeches and thirty scheduled tweets. Of course, that’s speculation – but it’s well-deserved and well-placed analysis as well. So, who runs Trump’s Twitter?

Donald Trump and His Failed Businesses

Like many companies led by Trump beforehand, his campaign is biting the dust in terms of generating profit. Just as his previous endeavors — Trump Taj Mahal in 1991, Trump Plaza Hotel in 1992, Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts in 2004, and Trump Entertainment Resorts in 2009 — it seems as if his campaign is struggling through financial problems and falling short of expectations in the first quarter of the general election. So, let me be clear, Donald is a terrible businessman. Although he claims to be left and right, most of his companies have fallen flat on their faces. So, lets look at his business flops. From terrible management to struggling markets, here’s where The Donald failed to prove “how great” of a businessman he claims to be.

Wrong is Right

Why The Right is Wrong!

This article was written by Blog Liberally. You should follow him on Twitter @BlogLiberally. First let me be upfront, a lot of folks call me a “liberal”, and you know what? I’m cool with that. Because to me being a liberal means rooting for People over Corporations. And that I do, EVERY TIME! ALL! THE! TIME! And in that subset of people I root for reside the poor, the working poor and the middle class. I root for those guys over those in that rarefied air the one-per-centers breath and even the ten-per-centers sit comfortably in. So yea, I’m what most would define as a Liberal, I accept it, proudly.

Donald Trump’s Possible Vice Presidents

So, with that in mind, Donald Trump’s VP nominee might be what completely changes the course of his “unelectable” and “doomed from the start” campaign. Many Democrats don’t believe Trump could ever possibly beat either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, but an outstanding Vice Presidential candidate on the Trump ticket could very well effectively attract Bernie or Bust voters while simultaneously splitting the Democratic Party. So, let’s break down some of the possible names that Trump has either considers or might very well have on his desk at Trump Tower. Here are Donald Trump’s possible Vice Presidents.

Trump Willkie

Wendell Willkie & Donald Trump

For the first time in around seventy-five years, a businessman with no political experience worth a dime has become the nominee of a major political party within the United States of America. We’ve seen Donald Trump before in the sphere of national politics before in the form of Wendell Willkie, a layer and corporate executive who snagged the 1940 Republican nomination after six recounts. However, unlike Willkie, it seems as if Trump won’t have to sit through more that one, maybe two at the most, recounts at the upcoming Republican National Convention this summer.
