The Broletariat [Special Episode]: Cabinet Talk

The Broletariat Podcast is a completely unscripted and unedited (and possibly incoherent) podcast consisting of Joseph Kaminski, Omar Wajeeh, and Elijah Hintz. We are not communists; the logo is situational irony. What’s situational irony? Beats us. Probably like a fire station burning down or something. Sounds like us. We upload episodes to our channel every

Clinton Kaine

My (Negative) Thoughts on Tim Kaine

I dislike Tim Kaine. In fact, I despise Tim Kaine. If I had to put all of the contenders of Clinton’s VP shortlist in a list of my own, I would have put Tim Kaine in last place by a mile. He, despite what the media is trying to beat into the news, is NOT a progressive. He’s far from it. He just recently changed his course on the TPP, has been campaigning for bank deregulation, and is yet another thing wrong with Clinton’s campaign.

Hillary Clinton: STOP GOING RIGHT

If Trump stays “to the left” of Clinton on foreign policy and trade – even if he’s lying through his fucking teeth about his platform (which he is) – he will win the election. Many Democrats have a God Complex going on right now. They think Clinton against Trump will be a cakewalk. As multiple polls have shown, it’s going to be a back and forth. Hillary Clinton, don’t be link your logo: don’t go to the right.

Donald Trump’s Possible Vice Presidents

So, with that in mind, Donald Trump’s VP nominee might be what completely changes the course of his “unelectable” and “doomed from the start” campaign. Many Democrats don’t believe Trump could ever possibly beat either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, but an outstanding Vice Presidential candidate on the Trump ticket could very well effectively attract Bernie or Bust voters while simultaneously splitting the Democratic Party. So, let’s break down some of the possible names that Trump has either considers or might very well have on his desk at Trump Tower. Here are Donald Trump’s possible Vice Presidents.

Huckabee-Santorum

The Evangelical Candidates Have Short Lifespans

The evangelical candidates are like cicadas in a sense. They’re super annoying and scream loudly for an election cycle, and then they die off really fast. Huckabee no longer matters, Santorum is more irrelevant now than he’s ever been, and Cruz is following suit after only lasting in this race long enough because of Donald Trump. In either 2020 or 2024, Ted Cruz will run again. He’ll run for president again, thinking he has a chance at victory just like Huckabee and Santorum think they themselves do. And guess what — just like Huckabee and Santorum before him, Ted Cruz will NEVER do as well as he did his first time around. The evangelical vote has a weird thing about failures when it comes to their candidates, and they’ll turn to someone new before ever dawning the Cruz Crew button on their Sunday’s Best.
