Today, Ohio and Michigan are known as one of the biggest and best rivalries in American football. While fans may think of this sport as war, these two states were on the verge of bloodshed only two centuries ago.

The Arizona Borderlands Protection and Preservation Act, which was written by the state’s “respected” Senator and former Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain, had been sent to the House and Senate for further consideration as of May 6th, 2015, almost two months after its original introduction (McCain, Text of the Arizona Borderlands Protection and Preservation Act).
Constantine, the son of Augustus Constantinius Chlorus and Helena, was proclaimed the Augustus of the Western Roman Empire upon the death of his father on July 25th, 306 CE. He became the sole ruler of the empire after the Battle of Milvian Bridge in 312 and the defeat of Licinius in 324, after which he re-United the Empire under his reign. Building Constantinople, “Constantine’s City” or “New Rome”, he created the new capital of the empire. He would go on to revolutionize and reform coinage, with his reign introducing a new “form” of gold called solidus. He played a crucial role in the Christianization of the Roman World, getting baptized on his deathbed and leaving the standards for future emperors.
The Industrial Revolution has four major causes that are discussed about frequently in a learning environment. Capitalism, however, is the most important cause of the Industrial Revolution. Capitalism allowed the new generation of people to gain money and become involved and interested in the idea of investment. The investments allowed inventors and entrepreneurs to build the inventions that rocked the world, such as the blast furnace, railroads, vaccinations and much more. Private investments, which are a form of capitalism, became a huge factor in allowing countries, such as Great Britain, to succeed in industrialization faster than other European countries, such as the Germanic states.Although some could attempt to argue that another major cause, such as the Agriculture Revolution, would be the most important, they would fail to take notice of Great Britain’s capitalist policies and their connections to how fast countries industrialized.
Thailand has been a country of political confusion for centuries. We’ve seen political and economic connections between the Thai political unrest and the American economic downfall. To understand where a majority of these problems in their current society roots from, we have to look back to the 23rd Prime Minister of Thailand, Thaksin Shinawatra.

Schizophrenia is a severe psychological disorder that causes people to hear voices and see things that other people don’t and cannot hear. They suffer through delusions, disordered and incomprehensible thoughts and speech, and hallucinations of all kinds. They oftentimes believe they possess magical abilities and may believe that people are reading their minds, controlling their thoughts, or plotting behind their backs to physically or mentally harm them. They have a very difficult time understanding and perceiving what is real in reality. This disorder can terrify people living through it on a daily basis and can easily make them withdrawn from society in fear of harm or, in cases where they refuse to stay isolated, extremely paranoid and/or agitated in social events most people can attend.

Before I begin, realize that this is a list containing baggage belonging to some of the most famous and cherished people in history. I have done research on some of the most respected and beloved figures in history textbooks around the world and have compiled this list to show the side of “good” historical people that the books don’t know of or wish to explain. Not every human is perfect, but sometimes it gets to a point where readers forget that even the “best” of mankind has some serious personal issues under their skin. I asked for people’s opinions, and I got a rather lengthy list of names as a result. Thus, I give to you, five of the most overrated people in history — five men who are remembered for what they did good who should also be at least noted for what they did bad. In some cases, history has just been plain wrong about what these five have done.
Paul Is Dead started off as a simple urban legend that evolved into a global conspiracy theory in September 1969 after American college students published several articles claiming that the famous Beatle Paul McCartney died in 1966 due to a horrific car accident that was covered up and quickly dealt with. The idea that clues to McCartney’s death could be found among the album covers and lyrics of several famous Beatles’ recordings shocked the world and thus a conspiracy was born. Eventually, the rumors grew so big that it became a global controversy that dawned the headlines of every major magazine.
